AT3 Staffing is partnered with a client in the Dayton OH area, in search of a highly skilled Technical Trainer to deliver top-notch training to employees and clients on cutting-edge technologies.

As a Technical Trainer, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the way technology is used across the organization, empowering teams with the knowledge they need to excel. Whether you're leading in-person workshops, developing innovative e-learning modules, or coaching individuals one-on-one, you'll be at the forefront of enabling success through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver exciting technical training sessions on a variety of software, hardware, and systems.
  • Create comprehensive, easy-to-understand training materials, such as user manuals, e-learning content, and video tutorials.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to ensure all learning programs are targeted, relevant, and impactful.
  • Lead dynamic in-person and virtual training workshops that are both engaging and informative.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during sessions and provide expert support to learners.
  • Continuously update and refresh training materials to ensure they reflect the latest product updates and emerging technologies.
  • Measure training effectiveness and adjust programs to ensure maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay up-to-date with new product features and technical advancements.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching for learners who require extra support and development.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by delivering training on essential company tools and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in technical training, technical support, or a related technical role.
  • Strong technical knowledge in areas such as software, hardware, or networking.
  • Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and accessible way.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate learners.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training tools.
  • Ability to assess learning needs and customize programs to various skill levels.
  • Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with instructional design and e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Experience in customer-facing or customer support roles.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
