Job Description
A Leading Investment Firm is seeking a Client Implementation Operations Analyst to join their Dallas, TX team on a contract capacity, ASAP! In this role, you will enhance your problem-solving and customer service skills while gaining deeper insights into the Private Wealth Management business.
Responsibilities:
Understand various client account structures and the documentation needed for new accounts.
Conduct due diligence reviews for new client screenings related to AML and Know Your Client (KYC) requirements.
Collaborate with PWM Advisor teams to verify the accuracy of client documents and ensure timely communication with clients.
Request necessary products (e.g., options, margin, debit cards) for PWM client accounts.
Ensure downstream systems accurately recognize approved products and services, including cash products and client performance reporting.
Resolve issues by coordinating with PWM teams, Compliance, Legal, and AML departments.
Work on enhancing workflows and processes for account opening.
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and web-based applications
Exceptional organizational skills and good judgment
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Experience managing client expectations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
~ Series 7, 9, 10, or 4 licenses
~ Foreign language proficiency
~1+ years of experience in the financial industry, particularly in AML, Compliance, or client onboarding within a regulatory environment
