🚨 We're Hiring: Human Resources Generalist
📍 Location: Hazleton Township, PA | Onsite

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Employee Relations (30%)
Champion a positive workplace culture. Address day-to-day concerns, coach supervisors (especially on 2nd/3rd shifts), and support engagement initiatives.
🔹 Talent Acquisition & Development (25%)
Own the hiring process for both hourly and salaried roles. Lead onboarding, partner on technical apprenticeship programs, and support employee development initiatives.
🔹 Labor Relations (30%)
Work closely with union leadership. Manage grievances, support labor negotiations, and help ensure clear, consistent communication across the board.
🔹 HR Administration (15%)
Enhance and streamline HR processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems and execution.
🎯 What We're Looking For:
✔ 3+ years of HR experience—preferably in a unionized, manufacturing setting
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset
✔ Familiarity with labor laws and policy interpretation
✔ Experience with HR systems (SAP, MS Office, etc.)
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus!
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
